Design Consultation
When thinking about making changes to the house it can be hard to envisage what is possible, what things are going to cost and what the first steps are going to be. Our design consultation gives you the opportunity to explore ideas and concepts with a professional who has years of industry experience, and will leave you satisfied with a tangible plan to move forward with.
Full Survey
Once the Design Consultation is complete and you're armed with all the information you wanted it's time to book the full survey, this is where the rest of the dimensions are taken and the structure of the property can be input into AutoCAD drawings

Using the design consultation sketches, and details recorded from the full survey, a comprehensive set of plans is put together for review. This is where the finer details of the project can be discussed and the next stage of Planning, Building Regulations or Structural Calculations can be
Then onto the next stages
Planning Management
After the plans are agreed then should you need planning permission, we will deal with all the necessary paperwork for planning permission. This means submitting the paperwork and liaising with the planners with any further requests to the best of our abilities to get that GRANTED planning permission!
Structural Calculations
As part of the design visit and full survey we will take note of the structural fabric of the property so our partnered structural engineers can design steels, timbers & foundations after planning permission has been granted.
Building Regulations
We have been working successfully with our partnered Building Regulations Inspectors from the beginning, having a reliable, approachable, knowledgeable inspector on hand who will work with you on a project is of paramount importance!
