ABOUT THE CREW

After leaving school at 16 Josh went straight into the property industry as an apprentice Estate Agent for one of Chesterfields biggest firms, climbing the ranks to Branch Valuer after 6 years Josh changed his career path towards the construction aspect of housing.

For the last 7 years Josh has found himself immersed in the industry procuring structural calculations, managing planning application and creating CAD planning drawings for extensions and loft conversions.

He has completed a Construction Management degree at Nottingham Trent University, furthering his knowledge in the industry.

​

In his spare time he’ll most likely be found taking his dog walking round the Peak District National Park or at his local pub sampling the real ale.
