After purchasing this Chesterfield property as a repossession the clients wanted a comprehensive refurbishment plan which included a complete new heating system and upgraded wiring. After initial discussions and an assessment of the street value the client decided not to convert the loft, instead they opted to convert/ waterproof the cellar, it gave them the added space they required and didn’t break the bank.
