RE-ROOF
RPD were instructed to provide a timber and steel spec for this 1900's mid-terrace roof replacement. Steels purlins were used to span the 6.8m wide gap as well as 5.2m rafters. RPD carried out two site inspections, organised builders and got the project signed off with Derbyshire Building Control Partnership - DBCP
SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION DRONFIELD
RPD were contacted to provide plans, structural calculations and organise building control approval for this huge 4.5m rear extension in Dronfield. RPD found the owners a builder and organised Building Regulations Approval and organised structural calculations for the house knock-through and bi-fold doors
WHOLE HOUSE REFURBISHMENT
RPD were instructed on this one to completely overhaul the house. The project involved two chimney breast removals, a single storey rear extension, steel knock-through into Kitchen/ Diner. RPD provided drawings, steel calculations, a builder and building control approval.
TWO STOREY SIDE EXTENSION
RPD provided drawings for this two storey side extension, structural calculations, building regulations approval and found the customer a reputable builder to carry out the works.
